My First Cupcakes
One fine evening, I was sick of working and started to surf for cupcakes and muffin recipes. Been wanting to get the hand held whisk from OG cos I didn't want those big chunky whisks sitting on my kitchen top or in my cupboard. So I decided tonight's the night. I will get the whisk, and go get some ingredients to experiment on my first cupcakes. Hehe.
After mulling over the baking section in the supermarket for a long while (cos the ingredients look super foreign to me. Hello, I last baked in secondary school! hahaha), I finally got all the stuff I needed and lugged the whole lot home on bus 16. Think I looked uber auntie with the plastic bags and there were no seats! Really lang bei ok. But nevermind, I had to act cool. I am expert at looking aloof. Hmph.
To cut the long story short, these were my buys for the night:-

Can la hor? Considering I haven't baked in yearrrrrrrrs! Hehe.
So far those who had a chance to taste it says they are not bad, but I think there's room for improvement though. Will try harder! Til then, haha!
